This paper reviews the recent development of logistics technology in the aspect of national policies. These policies and guidelines point out the direction for the development of the logistics industry in the next five years and even ten years from different angles. 2018年1月，國務院辦公廳印發(fā)《關于推進電子商務與快遞物流協(xié)同發(fā)展的意見》(以下簡稱《意見》)。

2017年10月，國務院辦公廳發(fā)布《關于積極推進供應鏈創(chuàng)新與應用的指導意見》。該文件是首次針對供應鏈領域出臺的國家級政策，提出加快供應鏈創(chuàng)新與應用，促進產(chǎn)業(yè)組織方式、商業(yè)模式和政府治理方式創(chuàng)新，推進供給側結構性改革，這標志著我國供應鏈創(chuàng)新與應用發(fā)展進入加速提升階段。指導意見中提到，到2020年，培育100家左右的全球供應鏈領先企業(yè)，重點產(chǎn)業(yè)的供應鏈競爭力進入世界前列，中國成為全球供應鏈創(chuàng)新與應用的重要中心。

2017年5月，國家郵政局發(fā)布《國家郵政局關于加快推進郵政業(yè)供給側結構性改革的意見》(以下簡稱意見)。

2017年2月，國家郵政局發(fā)布《快遞業(yè)發(fā)展“十三五”規(guī)劃》(以下簡稱《規(guī)劃》)，提出到2020年基本建成普惠城鄉(xiāng)、技術先進、服務優(yōu)質(zhì)、安全高效、綠色節(jié)能的快遞服務體系，形成覆蓋全國、聯(lián)通國際的服務網(wǎng)絡。

2015年5月，國務院發(fā)布關于印發(fā)《中國制造2025》的通知，通知指出《中國制造2025》，是我國實施制造強國戰(zhàn)略第一個十年的行動綱領。
